Our policy regarding returns and refunds for Pupstin subscription services.

1. Digital Service Policy

Pupstin is a digital service that provides access to pet social networking features through our mobile application. Since we provide immediate access to digital services upon subscription, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Please note that all subscription purchases are final unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • iOS Users: Cancel through your Apple ID account settings
  • Android Users: Cancel through your Google Play account settings
  • All Users: Cancel through the Pupstin app in Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription

Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you're unable to access the service due to technical issues on our end that we cannot resolve within 72 hours
  • Unauthorized Purchase: If the purchase was made without your authorization (you must provide evidence)
  • Duplicate Charge: If you were charged twice for the same subscription
  • Legal Requirements: If required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

Refunds are typically not granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Not using the service after purchase
  • Finding a better alternative service
  • Technical issues caused by your device or internet connection
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at refunds@Pupstin.com within 14 days of the charge
  2. Include your account email, purchase receipt, and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you may need to request refunds directly through their respective platforms according to their policies.

5. Free Trial Policy

Pupstin may offer free trials for our premium subscription. The free trial period will be specified at the time of sign-up. If you don't cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.

You can cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged. No refunds are provided for free trial conversions that you forgot to cancel.

6. Subscription Changes and Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change.

If you disagree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

7. Payment Gateway Policies

Pupstin integrates with various payment gateways including Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm, and PhonePe. Refund processing times and policies may vary depending on the payment gateway used for your purchase.

Some payment gateways may charge processing fees for refunds, which may be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with their policies.

8. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Depending on your country of residence, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws.

If you believe your statutory rights have been violated, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable laws.
